OHPM will launch our two key products: Rose Beef and Berry Beef.  Local chefs who share our vision for strong agricultural communities will prepare and present “small bites” that highlight the meat’s distinctive quality. Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to discuss the Center’s essential work in land-conserving farming and community-conserving economics.  Ticket price includes event entry, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and live music.  A cash bar will also be available.
