Whether you are a beginner looking to explore the world of draft horse logging or an experienced logger interested in incorporating horses into your operations, this course will provide you with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to work effectively with draft horses on the home place or in the logging industry.
Pasture Walk with Greg Brann
Kentucky grazier Greg Brann led a pasture walk at The Berry Center Farm near Port Royal on May 4, 2026. Greg’s Big Spring Farm in Allen County, KY, is a model of multi-species grazing, soil health, and economic decision-making. His annual pasture walk has drawn hundreds of farmers and ranchers to his family’s southern Kentucky farm for nearly 30 years.
